3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All payments are displayed and processed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Plans: We may offer payment plans. By opting for a payment plan, you agree to complete all installments as per the agreed schedule.

  • Failure to Pay: Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension of access to our services.

4. Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing

  • Upon payment, access to our programs and materials is granted immediately or within 24 hours.

  • Digital resources, including templates and guides, are delivered via email or through the member's portal.

No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Delivery of Services

  • Live Mentorship Sessions: Scheduled live calls are conducted via Zoom. Links and schedules are provided upon enrollment.

  • Pre-recorded Content: Accessible through your member portal for the duration of your program access.

  • Templates and Tools: Delivered as downloadable files in the member's portal.

Cancellations

  • Monthly subscription services can be canceled at any time. Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

  • For annual plans, cancellations will not result in a refund.
